How do i import all my yahoo messenger contacts to my MSN messenger?

I know how to do it if i am adding one person at a time, but that will take ages. You know how if u sign up for a new website such as myspace.com, facebook.com ect they give u the option to check if all ur friends from yahoo or msn are on myspace or what ever the case may be....is there anyway to just TRANSFER my friends from yahoo to msn? (ps. just for those who are wondering, msn allows you to add and chat with ur friends from yahoo.)
