Can't add new contacts in my yahoo messenger?

I cannot add contacts?

Hi everyone :), im kind of new here in yahoo answers..pls help :( well, this problem started few months back and here is how it goes. WHen im trying to add new contacts in Yahoo messenger, (i clicked Add Contact -> then i typed his name or E-mail add) nothing seemed to be added in the list (not even the Pending request) Please help, i cant add more to my friends list because of this prob...Thanks to all!

You have to retry! Or ask the person you're adding to add YOU instead! Hope this helps!!

I am beginning to have problems adding contacts, too. The name will appear in my contact list when I first sign on but then disappear.

Sorry i dont have yahoo messanger. I have aim or windows live messanger if you want to have a friend
