How can I send message to a mobile phone from Yahoo messenger?

The new yahoo messenger, how do you send a message to someone's cell phone?

To my knowledge, firstly, make sure the user (so call someones cell phone) is registered with Yahoo Messenger. The user's phone number and the make model of the hand phone registered with Yahoo Messenger. There shall be an indicator showing hand phone beside the user's name. If the user Yahoo Messenger off line. You can sent Massage. The user (someones cell phone) will receive your massage over her/his hand phone.
