What size does my picture need to be for my Yahoo Messenger avatar?

Okay, when I am talking about a Yahoo Messenger avatar, I am not talking the avatar that I have on websites, I am talking about the avatar that I have in my Yahoo Messenger program. A lot of the time when I choose a pic for my avatar Yahoo Messenger cuts off the top of the picture or something and doesn't show the entire picture as my avatar. So, how many pixels by how many pixels do I need to make my picture for it to fit?
