Can i go back to the old version of yahoo messenger ? if so...how ?

if you want to use the old one open/launch it from the yahoo home page "messenger" tab and that will take you to the old one, just bypass the "new offer" and click on "downloading not for you" and it will take you to the old version but it is very slow loading and very slow logging in and it takes up a new tab on the favorites bar where the stand alone one has it's own window but the old one is still there

If you don't install the 9.0 messenger correctly, it will not work. It has to be,,,Run as the Administrator. I think if you Right click on the downloaded .exe after you download it, you will be able to Run as Administrator. If that is all too confusing you can,,, Do this,,,, Click on Start Button/ Settings/ Control Panel/ Add or Remove Programs. Well, all the older bells and whistles. 9 has some new ones, lol. And 9 doesnt like to communicate with 8.1.0.421, but all the more reason NOT to have 9.
