How can I have Yahoo music plugin in my Yahoo messenger?

How can i generate yahoo weather plugin for new yahoo messenger?

There used to be a yahoo weather tab in my earlier yahoo messenger which was quite useful but now i have installed yahoo 7.5 beta and it does not have that, can anyone tell me how can i get that in new messenger? Thanks
