How do you open your web cam on yahoo, and do you download it?

How can i use my web cam?

The person i want to use my web cam with has msn and i'm using yahoo i.m. and i can't download msn messenger so is there any way i can use it with my yahoo?

What's the reason you can't download msn?It's there and free why not use it? Oh well yes you can use yahoo and window's messenger with each other.just IM them and invite to watch the cam.I think that's all you have to do.Check IN yahoo help under web cam.Good luck.
