Yahoo Messenger Experts Help: How Do I Make A Link In My Website?

  • I would love to do one of two things. Either make a link in myspace website for those to see if I am online on Yahoo! Or to make a link on my website for those to add me to their Yahoo! messenger just by clicking a link. Either of these possible? How?

On your account/edit profiles there is a picture of the "online" smiley you can use that on your my space as a picture and instead of a website link on that picture (the href= ) put ymsgr:sendIM?yourname you cant get people to add you the send IM link is the best you can get.I'm not quite sure if that will work as I havnt tried it myself but I have seen people with it and of course you can allways use the href=mailto: option I have a different thing on mine a blog RSS feed burner thingy take a look http://www.myspace.com/deadmansmistress
