How to install my Yahoo messenger?

How do i uninstall yahoo messenger 10 and install yahoo messenger 9?

What I mean is that I can't install yahoo messenger 9. And it told me that if i want to download yahoo 9 then i have to uninstall yahoo 10. So what do i do?
