Why can't I stay logged on to my yahoo?

Do I have to stay logged into yahoo service until this problem with yahoo is fixed?

  • I heard you have to stay logged in until this problem with yahoo is resovled. I can't stay on all night, so do you have to be on all the time, like logged into your account?

    no i dont think u have to stay logged all night , cause maybe this problem can get a day or maybe more, so i dont think u will stay all day logged and leave ur computer on and let that the computer crash..cause now with the heat is not good to leave the computer on.....so just log out and nothing will happen......

I just spoke with Yahoo! customer care. Today, July 22nd 2006, Yahoo! experienced an outage which caused intermittent login issues for Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Voice, and some Yahoo! Mail users. While it wasn’t an issue to login to Yahoo! Answers and ask about the outage, some Yahoo! sites/products were affected. This issue is now resolved and you can now login.
