How can i restore back the lost friend list in yahoo messenger?

when instralling Yhoo messenger with voice 8 , i could not see my friends list , only i found family list

If you are having problems with Messenger 8.0 Beta, fill out this feedback form http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/messenger/cgi_messenger8. Make sure you select ‘Messenger 8.0 Beta Problems’ from the dropdown field in #3. Also, if the problem you are experiencing is making Yahoo! Messenger unusable, I suggest going back to version 7.5. To do so, go to http://messenger.yahoo.com and click on the ‘Get version 7.5’ link located directly under the ‘Get it Now’ button to get the current version, version 7.
