How can I restore my Yahoo Buddy List?

Okay, somehow, I got a catagory on my Yahoo Buddy List entitled Y!Moble Messenger. (I didn't even ask for that feature on my Cell Phone) This catagory had copies of all my buddies from all the other catagories. I tried Deleating the Y!Moble one, but it ended up deleating nearly my entier buddy list before I shut the program down to save what was left. Anybody have any idea how to restore my Buddy list?
