When i log on to a chat room instead of my screen name it come up as a profanity how do i change it?

i was wondering because some how someone has gotten into my account and changed a lot of things i have changed my password but i really dont want to have to change my email address, will this be nessacery?

Answer:
Go to your account settings and check the nickname you have listed in your profile. It will need to be changed. When you enter a Y! Chat-room if you have a nickname listed in your Y! profile it will show up instead of your ID.
