How do you add friends to your friends list in messenger?

I am not able to add friends in yahoo messenger list?

• i am not able to add friends in yahoo messenger list . when i add contact to my messenger list it show this error "this operation may be succeed please try again later and if request come from another side than also contact add on address book not on messenger list.is there any limit for adding a contacts in one day? plz give me solution as soon as possible thanxks [email protected]

• Answer:

  Try both ways. Click contacts top line scroll down click add contact, click, follow the prompts. or click add contact lower left and follow prompts. To chat: double click on your friend's icon when it is lit. When the chat window opens start chatting or click actions top line then scroll and click what you wish to do.
