Which is better, yahoo or msn messenger?

    I've always preferred MSN Messenger. It's a lot more convenient and tidy, and has a lot less problems in my experience with crashing. It's also much less annoying for me to look at an androgynous little chess person piece than some stupid smiley face on my system tray.

I think people on here might be a little biased, but definitely Yahoo IM! I use it all the time, although I use a program called Adium on my Mac, so I can run AOL, Yahoo, and MSN all at once!

Well, I think both of them have their advantage... But I usually use Msn Messenger coz with it you can chat with more emoticons and supply so many background...

Neither. GAIM Universal Messenger (http://gaim.sourceforge.net/downloads.php) is better than them all. With GAIM, you only need one messenger program to have all of your Yahoo, MSN, AOL & ICQ buddies. Set up IDs with each service and you are good to go.

Yahoo messenger! More options and easier to understand. But, I do use MSN as well!

I like yahoo. Yahoo is less llikely to ask for money than MSN. Everytime I try a free MSN product they shut it down and try to make you pay for services you used to get for free.
