Why cant I get my launchcast to work in yahoo messenger?

  • I cant seem to get launchcast to play ,all radio stations come up,but no sound is heard when I press play.

    No one else is answering your question, so I will give it a try. First, be sure your speakers are OK and your volume is up. Can you hear sound from a different source, like a CD? I know this is obvious, but I just want to make sure. Second, try deleting your Temporary Internet Files. This probably won't work, but it is easy to do. Next, try reinstalling Windows Media Player. If that doesn't work, try deactivating and reactivating your Launchcaast plug-in for Messenger.. Finally, try completely uninstalling and reinstalling Yahoo Messenger. I hope one of these works for you.
