I'm having the same problems. I uninstalled version 8. I'm assuming that you're using version 8. I went to the link below, downloaded and installed version 7.5.0.647 So far no problems, but I've only been testing it for a few hours. It seems like lots of people are having trouble with LauchCast in Messenger version 8. http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=yahoo
