How to have launchcast plug in?

Why isn't there any Launchcast plug-ins for my messenger?

i usually used YM 8. and the Launchcast works just fine. then i upgrade my YM to YM 9. but there's no launchCast plug in there. i've search launchcast on messenger's plug ins galleries. but there's no lunchcast. is there something wrong?

I'm experimenting the same problem, on a brand new personal computer. Another Yahoo! answer says it's.... a Windows Vista problem. Any expert out there?
