Why is my Yahoo! Music Launchcast not working?

How come yahoo music launchcast will not work?

  • everytime i try to load yahoo music launchcast, an error message comes up and says an error occured while trying to access the yahoo music launchcast plug-in. please tell me what this means, and what might i need to do to fix the problem, or if it could be yahoo itself having trouble

    CBS took control of the launchcast last night, that message comes up for a few times while it's going through the change over. I finally got it to work, just keep trying. I clicked Add Plug ins, and I kept clicking Start, then add plug ins, over and over and it finally took hold.

If you are trying to connect at work, your network administrator may be the culprit. Many places block streaming media, and while the low bandwidth Launchcast snuck by some, the new improved (HA!!!) CBS version may not.

I have exactly the same problem! I tried installing Messenger 9.0 but it makes no difference, "An error occurred while trying to acces the "Yahoo! Music LAUNCHcast" plug-in" is all I get.
