Why is my Yahoo! Music Launchcast not working?

Is my yahoo Launchcast not working properly? It plays the music but does not display name of song or artist?

  There are a number of things you can try to resolve this problem. I will list the ones I can think of, briefly: 1- Clear your Internet cache. 2- Delete your Yahoo-related cookies. 3- Reinstall Adobe Flash Player. 4- Close, and the reinstall your Yahoo Music Launchcast plug-in in Yahoo Messenger (I'm assuming you are having this problem with the player in Messenger). 5- Reinstall your Yahoo Messenger. (Don't install the beta version, install the General Release version. If you already use the beta version, uninstall that and install the non-beta version.) 6- Check your firewall to make sure it is not blocking any of your Yahoo activity. 7- Check your anti-virus and anti-spyware software to make sure they are not interfering. The easiest way to check this is to simply turn those programs off briefly and see if the problem persists. #6 and #7 are long shots. I have listed options 1-5 from easiest to hardest, and somewhat generally from most to least likely to solve the problem.
