Why are my friend cannot play games with me at ym?

my friend cannot play yahoo games with me at ym....her games screen is white only.....nothing happen...but my screen have the game menu that say waiting for opponent......!!..when we two try at like msn...she can play with me..!!..only yahoo ym cannot...!!..why this happen.....!! anyone know what causing it to happen.....???
