Best way to advertise on the radio?

I want a job to work at a radio station?

  • I'm 17 and I want to be able to get a job at a radio station because my dream job is to major in entertainment business and advertise upcoming music artist(kinda like what P. Diddy does) and my mom told me if I get a job at least as a golfer or gofer(I don't know which way to spell it)and I don't know how to search this job because can never seem to find what I'm looking for in the job search engine...so if someone could help me find what I'm looking for then I will be so greatful to you...I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and hoping to go to collage named Full Sail in Winterpark, FL...and if you can find a better job that would be a better foundation for what I want to be please let me know because I really want this more than anything

  • Answer:

It's go-fer, meaning you "go for this and go for that". Errand person. Once you're in school, you can get intern jobs for radio stations. Depending on the internship, they often don't pay at all, or pay very little. Look up radio stations in your area. Your BEST foundation is your education in your field of choice. Internships are part of that process.
