How do you get your avatar to appear during a chat?

  • me and my friend r using yahoo chat and on my computer i can see both of our avatars but she can only see her avatar on her computer. were my avatar is suppose to appear there is a smily face what do i do to get my avatar to appear on her computer?

    In order to get your avatar to be displayed on your friend's Y! Messenger . Follow the procedure on your Y! Messenger :- Go To :- " Messenger > My Display Image > Share My Avatar " = (just check on this circle) Because your messenger might be having the option checked as ; (do not share the display image) OR Ask your friend to click on the icon in chat box ; box in which you both are chatting there you may find an IMAGE SYMBOL when you gonna click on it " Open / Close the display image for " (this might display your image to your friend)
