On my messenger, why won't my launchcast radio connect?

i click on "my station" and the system tries to connect but doesn't connect

There are a few usual fixes for this problem: 1- Delete your temporary Internet files from IE. 2- Delete your Yahoo-related cookies from your computer. 3- Reinstall Yahoo Messenger
