Why does my launchcast never connect in messenger?

How do I get launchcast plus to woek in messenger.I paid for it but cant get it?

  • Okay..so I paid for the Launchcast Plus so I could skip through the commercial and horrid songs..got my e-mail of confirmation..and then downloaded Yahoo Jukebox..but i can't figure out how to get Messenger to recognize it..does it even play in messenger..or do I just get it in jukebox..cause I wanted it for messenger..so my friends could here what I hear..but all I get is plan Launchcast..ive looked all over the help pages and nothing..grrr...I know there must be a simple answer..Help

    yeah it shoul play automatically but in this case contact yahoo customer care

it should automatically play in your messenger, and if you use jukebox, it would also show what you're listening too on your Yahoo Messenger. Did you try going to the yahoo music page? Try going there, and of course be signed in; then, click play my station * customize station by the way* but either way that's optional. Try going there and see if it'll upload launch cast, and if it works than try going on your yahoo messenger and select launchcast; hopefully it'll work, if it doesn't than you may have to chat with a yahoo messenger tech, which should be on the yahoo messenger help pages.
