Does Sm entertainment abuse trainees?

I'm going to audition for SM entertainment but I have just two quesions that I need answered ASAP!!!! My question is..... Do the managers and staff members at SM entertainment abuse/harass their trainees? My next question is..... Do they really "persuade" you to get plastic surgery? P.S by ''persuade" I meant "either you go under the knife or we drop you". It would really help if you or a close friend you have contact with regularly would answer and dont base you answers off rumors plz thnx!

Lol don't listen to that person. They don't abuse their trainees. If they do, why are there trainees still in SM AND why is SM still the #1 company? And why didn't the cops do anything? hmm? and they persuade you to get plastic surgery if you're really ugly. I can understand why. One ugly person can ruin the whole group's reputation.
