I cant send or receive emoticons?

hi there,could anyone help me...! Sounds silly but -anyways. I dont know what happend with my computer but i cant send or receive emoticons with my MSN messsenger. I mean i can only see the base sign of the emoticon but not beeing animated They are fun!! PLs help

Try re-installing Live messenger and try again. It could also be a problem with your computer's antivirus. Or it could be that your computer is infected with a virus. Check for all these problems.
