How can I transfer my Yahoo contacts?

How can I transfer all my contacts to my yahoo chat box,from email chat?Am Only Able to Chat In My Email.?

I am only able to chat in my "yahoo email", because all of my "contacts" are in my email and not in my yahoo messenger chat box.Is there ANY way to add or transfer all my contacts at ONCE, to my yahoo messenger, instead of adding them, one by one???
