Why is my real name comming up on my messenger instead of my screen name??

i log into yahoo with my screen name and it shows my screen name everywhere in yahoo except on my messenger my real name comes up....????????

Yahoo has just revised the profile system. There is only one profile for an ID. All alias IDs now point to the same profile. There is going to be a way to detach an alias so it points to nothing but that does not work yet. You can update your profile at http://profiles.yahoo.com ₪ ɦəlʞɹɐq ₪
