Why person invited to view my cam cant see my cam and why the person trying to view my web cam cant see me?

why the person trying to view my web cam when allowed then also cant see my web cam and says your can not available ?
Answer:

Hi Rahul you may need to re-install your web cam. Also there is a way you can test your cam, In your messenger , top bar go to messenger, scroll down to My web cam, click on it. Your cam will start, if your can see yourself on it your cam is working. I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
