Internal webcam on my laoptop does not work with yahoo messenger, i get a black image, dont know how to fix it?

i have a dell inspiron 1520, the cam works with other chat applications, and works well to capture pics on the laptop, just with messenger, i have a problem, i get a black image on the webcam with yahoo messenger

on the black screen click "File > Preferences > Camera setting and source :scroll down to see the name of your cam.
