How can I transfer contacts from Yahoo Mail => Yahoo Messenger at my Mac?

I have uploaded my contacts from my Macintosh OS 10.4 to Yahoo Mail and all worked fine. But I can't find a way to transfer the contact info from Yahoo Mail => Yahoo Messenger (I am using Version 3.0 beta 4). Thanks for your help!

Answer:
on the messenger, click "Contacts > Import Contacts": two selections here from Yahoo! Address Book and Microsoft Outlook. now, tick only the first one which is yahoo address book and click next until you will finish.
