How do i get my contacts onto the new windows live?

Is it possible for me to get my contacts in windows live messenger into yahoo! messenger?

    Hmmm...I don't think so...you could try opening your windows live messenger and yahoo messenger windows at the same time and dragging your contacts to yahoo messenger... But, if your contacts are in your address book. It's no problem just go to yahoo and Click Contacts --> Show address book. Then you press the little exclamation mark on the opposite side of the contact and you should be able to IM them... You can also go to Contacts --> Import contacts and you should be able to import your contacts from the address book or microsoft outlook or both! Hope i helped! >.<
