Yahoo "online" shows a name and even says it's not in my contacts - how can I delete this infiltrator?

Some sort of spam or porn site has infiltrated my Yahoo "online" but because even Yahoo states "this is not in your contacts" I don't know how to get rid of this name for once and for all. Please help.

send an email to yahoo support explaining your situation, they should be able to help you. but try first reporting it as a spam mail.
