Can someone help me turn off yahoo messenger when i turn on my computer?

When you install Yahoo Messenger, by default it is set to automatically start when you switch on the computer. To disable this setting follow the steps below: 1. sign in to Yahoo Messenger 2. Click Messenger Menu 3. Click Preferences 4. On the Left Category, Click General 5. On the right pane, unchecked the option "Automatically Start Yahoo Messenger" 6. Click apply then OK. Next time you start your computer Yahoo Messenger will no longer automatically start but manually.
