How do i change my yahoo IM display name?

Does anyone know how to change your Yahoo IM display name?

    To change ID's and alias (nicknames) Open messenger > (left click) messenger > my account info - sign in - the links for creating ID's and Alias is on right hand side - complete your task ( up to 6 different alias ) > finish. When going through the chat room procedure pause after hitting "join a room" as there will be drop-box on top of the next panel giving you the option to choose what name you wish to use in the chat session. For a new ID you will need a new email account

Do you mean change your login name? There is no way to change your login name. You'll have to create a new name.

what's wrong with your name. u should keep it :D and also that angry look on your avatar if u must... this is how u should do it click on your own avatar - which leads u to your Y/A profile then beside your avatar pic, click on Edit My Info that should take u to another page where u can change your name
