I began using Yahoo Messenger and my photo {Avatar} will not show up ~ I show up as invisible ... Pls help?

I generated a photo and it does not show up while I am in the chatting to whomever. While logging in, should I be doing something different? It gives you three options but I did not check either box. The photo I generated does show up in my regular yahoo account ?????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you clickon your name in messenger,you'll get all the options just click on invisible to everyone,you then get a smileyface to let you know it's working.good luck. byeeeeeeee

why don't you go visible to certain people or just to everyone. the picture won't really show if you're in invisible mode.
