How do I get my Pic on my messenger icon?

I can only get an avatar image I want my pic on it

Answer:
You have to click on the Messenger box, go down to My Display Image, and browse through your computer for the image you want. HIH! Edit: It will bring up the images that come on your computer for your computer profile image, but just click on the browse button, and you can go through whatever's on your computer.
