if you mean that you can't send audibles to all your contacts then it is most probably because they are using an older version of yahoo messenger.. when they update their versions then u'll be able to send them audibles..

They may be on older versions or in different programs ( for example msn ) Are your Audibles set to visible ?- the 'lips' on the lower toolbar ( click to 'show' click to 'hide' )
