How do I change the messenger picture?

How can I change my Yahoo Messenger display picture?

There's this picture that keeps reappearing even when I've deleted it already from the included pictures. I've deleted my messenger folder in drive C and reinstalled my Yahoo Messenger twice and the picture still shows up. How do I get rid of it?
Answer:

Open Messenger Left click on your photo / avatar Select - "Display image" Select - "Select" to display your gallery Double click the offending photo Select "Delete" Double click the photo you want to use Click top "OK" Click "OK" edit - if you are confident enough to do so, go into your registry and delete the photo from there, You do not say what your OS is, but you will find it in Yahoo Messenger under 'My icons' click on 'My icons' and the Messenger photo gallery will open up.
