When i ignore someone on yahoo, i want to know WHY the ID does not STAY IGNORED!!?

Thank you I am having that same problem! I even have my inbox telling me I have 2 unread messages, that I still to this day can not find! When I emailed the help area, they gave me nothing that was even remotely helpful to do to correct the solution. My best suggestion would be to sign on invisible and just hide out from the person. Good luck!

You ignore them so your profile does not show up on their computer but as long as you are online and that person is online, their profile will still be available to see. If you want to get rid of it totally you would need to delete them.
