How can I get contacts to display?

Iam not able to get the display of my contacts except who are using Yahoo Avataras?

  My Messenger's displaying fine, as well as my friends and family's, so I don't know about this "glitch". Here's a couple of ways to show your photos. One way, would be to open the IM window and look to the Toolbar above the top window, click View, scroll down to, My Display Image Options and click there and scroll to, Change My Display Image. A window will open showing you the options you have, simply fill in the circle next to the image you want to show, click Okay and you're all set. The other way, (which may even be easier) is to look for the small arrow directly under your display image on the bottom of the window and click there. You're going to see the exact same options as I mentioned above, make your choices, click Okay, and once again, you're all set!
