What yahoo version can let me view on cam my hot-mail/msn contacts?

i've been really trying hard to find-out how can i view on cam my hotmail/msn contacts,but just dont know how. i had downloaded the 9.0 version and still dont know if they (msn) can see me and vise-versa. can anybody tell me what specific yahoo messenger version will allow me to see them on cam? and then how can i appear online to them(msn), cause they say that they can't see me even if im at my available status. you think this is possible? any help is really appreciated. thanks. kisses and ♥♥
