How can i change my display name in yahoo messenger? And do the windows live users see me as a IM user?

first when you already sign in the yahoo messenger (YM), on the top left of the YM window you will see a "messenger" menu.click it -> my display image -> share my display image -> select -> browse (then browse the pic that you want to use). sometimes, after you click ok, it wont change immediately,so you need to follow the same steps, but when you until the select steps,this time you will see the pic is already in the list of built-in pic.so just click to it and ok..it will be change. ----------------------- yes, because there will be yr email address at their window live list..then there will be many feature that is unavailable between you two, like webcam and some of the smiley and etc.
