How do I add friends on YM?

HELP! We can't add contacts to YM in our office.?

All my office mates including myself can't add contacts to our Yahoo Messenger. Is there something we can do to solve our problem? We are sharing internet connection over LAN, our system administrator can't answer us either, he told us that they didn't block YM or any messenger. There are 100+ employees here and all of us can't add contacts/friends. Is the problem with us? Any configuration you can suggest to solve this? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

There are people having the same problem currently. Find something else to do until Yahoo found the solutions.
