How do I change the time on my Yahoo page?

How do I change the Yahoo Messenger setting so it doesn't pop up every time I open an Internet page?

  • Every time I open Internet Explorer, Yahoo Messenger goes on top of the page. I don't want it to open up at all when I go online, but when I uncheck the box in the settings, it is still doing it. I can't find it in another location to change this setting. Anyone know??

    You'll have to go into options, I believe the actual word is...I can't remember without actually going into mine, so just check everytab at the top of the messenger and you should find something similiar to what you're looking to fix as far as stopping it from popping up. You'll figure it out. Take care.

Click on messenger name in mesenger,click on preferences,general tab.Uncheck automaticly start yahoo messenger.Read the rest of them you may want to change some of the other's.While your in there click and read all the area's in there a good way to learn.
