my time on yahoo is set for pacific time how do i change it

Access your own profile by clicking on "my account" (for me, that's at the top, in the centre, when I'm on Yahoo sites). Click on the "edit" button for "membership information". Select your time zone from the drop-down menu, and then click on the "finished" button.
