Retrieve yahoo messenger messages?

I logged into my yahoo messenger account using my phone, and had several mesages left by my friend, so I opened them. When I logged into YM using my laptop this time, I could not find the messages in my archive. is there any way I can retrieve those messages? Does yahoo have a site wherein I can access my messages?
Answer:

NO> once you access your account via the mobile, it will not be saved. only accounts accessed on computers will be saved if you are activating the preference of archiving the messages.

Sure there is! To view your messages, click Contacts on the Messenger Toolbar and scroll to Archive. Click there and look for your messages by person's name and date of message. Once you find the message you can open it by clicking on it. Also, in the Archive Toolbar, you can click Message and see your options for the message you just opened, including copying, or deleting it.
