How to remove another user's Yahoo Messenger auto logon from my Personal PC? Don't want to block his buddies.
-
A friend used my PC while visitng & they accessed their Yahoo Messenger. Now every time I turn on my PC, THEIR Yahoo Messenger acct comes up w/all their contacts & their contacts think it's my friend online & they IM me not realizing who it is they're IM'ing. I blocked them so they can't see when I'm online, (or offline) but I wondered if it's also affecting my friend's acct when they're online on their own home PC. Ijust want to remove their Yahoo Messenger acct from my PC !! Thanks.

The next time you log on to Windows and it opens Yahoo Messenger, click file and then 'sign out' then you'll be back at the login screen. At the login screen, there will be three places that you can check and uncheck...Uncheck, 'sign in automatically'. And you might want to uncheck 'remember ID and Password' as well. From there, you can enter your info (ID and password) and login in under your account.
