How to change the personal name on yahoo messenger window?

  • HI! My relative has a problem with yahoo messenger and since she is an old lady and does not speak english I am trying to help her. The name on the main yahoo messenger window (which should be her), the one next to displayed image and where you can change your startus to busy, invisible, etc. has changed. I have no idea what did she do, but I spent half an hour trying to figure out how to change that name back to what she wants, and I was unsuccesful. To all people on her freinds list she apeares with the old name (the one she ould like to regain) . It is only that she has that other name on her own messenger window. PLease help!

    She has to open Yahoo! Messenger Click on "Messenger" on the top menu bar Click on "My contact details" Look and see what has changed, her name or nickname, revert to name she wants save and close
